Day 31
The trial ends. Nothing is taken away.
Every account opens with 30 days of the Business plan, which is genuinely more than the free plan and does genuinely expire. This is what that day looks like, because it is the day free tiers usually stop being honest.
Projects you started keep running. They accept comments, decisions, reminders and new versions until they are finished, however far past day 30 that lands. Approval flows you built during the trial stay, and stay editable, so correcting a reviewer's address on a four-stage flow still saves on a plan that allows one.
What the free plan refuses is new work above its caps: a second active project while the first is still open, or sending a review through a flow with more than one stage. Both refusals are about starting something, never about finishing it.
Nothing is deleted and no history is locked. Reading a finished review, its comments, its versions and who approved which one, is not gated on any plan in yeses, including this one.

Reviewers
The people deciding never sign up for anything.
Each reviewer gets their own link, and the link is the credential. A client opens it, sees the work at full size, pins a comment to the spot they mean, and approves or requests changes. No account, no password, and no seat consumed by any of it.
Decisions
Every yes has a name and a version on it.
A reviewer has two options: approve, or request changes. Both are recorded against the person and the version they were looking at, and requesting changes requires a comment. The record is the whole point of proofing, and it is not the part you pay for.
Follow-ups
You are not the one doing the chasing.
Reviewers who have not responded are reminded every two business days, up to three times. Then yeses stops and flags the review as stuck. Automated chasing is usually the first thing a free tier removes, and removing it is what turns the tool back into your problem.

Is this a free trial?

What happens on day 31, when the trial ends?
You keep everything. Projects you started run to completion and keep accepting comments, decisions and reminders. Flows you built stay, and stay editable. Can I run a multi-stage approval on the free plan?
Not send one, no. The free plan is a single stage, where every reviewer sees the work at the same time. Sequential stages, where each group only sees it once the group before approved, are on the paid plans and on the 30-day trial. How staged approvals work.
How many reviewers can I invite?
As many as the work needs. Reviewers are not a plan limit in yeses, so there is no number to raise by paying. A review with nine outside reviewers on it costs the same as a review with one.
What happens when I need a second project?
