Who runs yeses

yeses is operated by an independent business trading as yeses.io. Questions about anything here go tosupport@yeses.io.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Your receipt and card statement will show Paddle rather than yeses, and Paddle handles billing, invoices and tax.

What yeses does

You send work for approval, we ask the reviewers, we chase them when they go quiet, and we keep a record of who decided what and when. Using it means agreeing to what is on this page.

What it costs

There is a free plan, and there are paid plans. What each one includes and costs is on the pricing page. New organizations start on a 30-day trial of the Business plan, and that trial takes no card.

You will never be moved onto a paid plan without being asked.No card is charged by surprise, and no trial converts on its own — when the trial ends, the account moves to the free plan and stays there until somebody chooses otherwise. Nothing you have made is deleted when that happens: reviews already running finish normally, and your history stays readable on every plan.

Paid plans renew until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Plans, limits, and features may change as the product develops. Anything that affects you gets notice first.

What you upload stays yours

Everything you put into yeses — files, comments, decisions — remains yours. We store and display it so the product works, and we do not use it for anything else. We do not train anything on it, and we do not sell it.

The people you invite

When you add a reviewer, you are giving us their email address so we can contact them on your behalf. You are responsible for having a good reason to share it — a working relationship, a project they are part of. Do not use yeses to email people who would not expect to hear from you.

Fair use

Do not use yeses to:

• Store or share anything illegal, or anything you have no right to
• Send unsolicited email to people who did not expect it
• Attack, overload, or probe the service or the people using it

If that happens, we may suspend the account. For anything ambiguous, we will ask before acting.

Availability

There is no uptime guarantee. yeses is a young product, and things will occasionally break. We will fix them, but this is not a service you should build a legally binding deadline around yet.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like, from your account page — see the privacy page for exactly what that removes and what it does not.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks the fair-use section above. If we ever shut yeses down, we will give notice and time to get your files out.

Liability

yeses is provided as is. We are not liable for lost work, missed deadlines, or decisions made on the strength of what the product showed you. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Anything that materially affects you gets notice, not a silent edit.
